Frequently asked Questions
No. Some sessions include props and a themed set-up, particularly around holidays, while others are open for any type of photos such as family photos, engagement photos or headshots.
The number of photos delivered varies by session, but typically you can expect 15-20 edited images delivered in your gallery. We take the images from each session and cull them for the best because there are often several duplicates or similar looking images. We promise we will only include those of you looking your absolute best!
Yes. You are welcome to print your photos wherever you’d like. We do partner with a professional photo printing service to provide high quality prints for your convenience. Due to variations in printer, we can only guarantee the quality of prints purchased through our provided printing service.
Yes! We encourage you to share and enjoy your photos, but kindly request that you tag or credit Simple Life Creative in your post as the photographer. This little detail greatly helps us with our visibility and is an easy, free way to continue supporting our business.
We require a signed contract and paid reservation fee to be considered fully booked. You should receive a contract to review and sign via email within 24 hours of registering online. If you do not receive the contract, send us an email and let us know!
Yes. Payment is due at the time of booking. You can add on photo packages in advance if you would like, or you can wait until your gallery arrives to purchase any additional prints or digital images.
Due to the limited number of time slots, the reservation fee paid at booking is non-refundable. If 48 hours notice is given, your reservation fee can be used towards a future session within the same calendar year of your original booking.
Our mini sessions are often scheduled back to back with little or no room in between. We are unable to guarantee additional session time for tardiness. If there is time at the end of the remaining sessions, it is possible to get a few additional minutes, but it is not guaranteed.
No. RAW or unedited original images are not included. Only edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery. Every photographer has a unique artistic editing style. We aim to provide quality, timelessly edited images, but encourage you to browse our portfolio for samples of previous work to ensure our editing style reflects the type of photos you are looking for.
Mini sessions are at set locations and will be communicated in the description of the session. If there is a location you’d like a session at, please reach out and let us know!
Yes! If you are interested in a session and there are no available dates/times, please send us an email and we will start a waitlist for that session. If enough waitlist requests come in, it is possible we will open additional dates or time slots for that session.
